About us

Our story.

We're Darienne and Chelsea — two Board Certified Behavior Analysts and friends of more than ten years. We met as undergraduates doing ABA research, went on to graduate school together, lived together, and worked side by side the whole way. ABA has shaped our careers and our friendship from the very beginning.

Over the past decade, we've worked for a number of companies across multiple states, and we've seen how much ABA has grown. As the field has expanded, we noticed that care can sometimes feel less personal, and that clinical decisions are strongest when they stay close to the people who know the child best. We created Creative Cascades to keep that connection at the center, delivering care that reflects our ethics and values. One belief matters most to us: decisions about a child's care are best made by a BCBA who knows the family and is guided by what is truly best for them. That's why we've kept Creative Cascades intentionally small, so care stays personal, relationships stay real, and every family feels genuinely known.
